A little about ICAgile.

What’s exciting to you about supporting A20 DMV?

ICAgile is excited to “reflect, celebrate, and evolve” in collaboration with the A20 DMV conference! As we continue to evolve and look forward, we’re eager to support organizations in the DMV area with their business agility learning journeys!

How has Agility helped you and ICAgile?

From the beginning, ICAgile has believed that agility is unlocked through people, not processes. With this perspective, we have been able to help people adopt an agile mindset, root themselves in the agile values and principles, and tailor methodologies and frameworks in a way that makes sense for their reality. This has helped organizations around the world experience the power of agility through people.

How do you believe Agility will evolve in the next 2 decades?

As more organizations focus on increasing agility across their entire organization, we believe conversations about agility will be more about key ideas like customer-centricity and relentless organizational learning and less about frameworks and methodologies. We anticipate having more conversations about the emergent field of business agility and what agility looks like outside of IT in areas such as HR, Finance, Strategy, and Leadership.
