Laxmi is driven by a desire to see organizations and teams succeed and thrive by applying Lean Agile values, practices and principles to realize their full potential. She leverages her wide variety of experiences clubbing her technical, leadership, management skills in articulating strategic vision down to tactical operations that enables her to relate to audiences of all levels across the organization. She has coached teams to implement Agile Engineering practices like BDD, TDD, Pair programming and XP practices to improve their work performance
Laxmi holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University. She had started her career as a full stack Java developer and has served in many technical SME roles before finding Agile. She has certifications with Scrum Alliance, ICAgile and the Scaled Agile academy. Laxmi is a certified-SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), ICAgile Agile Coach and Facilitator and an Oracle Java SE Certified Programmer. She is an active SAFe Program Consultant and has conducted numerous SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), SAFe for Teams (SP) & Leading SAFe (SA) certification corporate training sessions.
